Bluestacks is a very popular Android emulator for PC. For years people have used to play Android games on their PCs or laptops and some even use BlueStacks to play PUBG Mobile on their systems. The new version of BlueStacks, called BlueStacks 4 has been released to the public and features significant performance boost over its predecessor.
BlueStacks 4 is built upon Android Nougat 7.1.2 and features Hyper-G Graphics which according to the developers gives enhanced visuals and is 6x faster than any smartphone on earth including the Samsung Galaxy S9+. In terms of improvements over its predecessor BlueStacks 3, it is 8x faster. It also features a brand new lightweight launcher and features simpler controller setups. There’s also multi-tasking which means you can play multiple games at once and you can also play using multiple accounts. There’s also a new reward system called the BlueStack points which can be gained by playing games and can be redeemed for merchandise and real-world items.
As seen from synthetic benchmarks from Antutu, the performance gap is quite wide which means that they’ve improved the emulator a lot. The input response time has also reduced a lot so all the games you’ll play will feel responsive and smooth.
