Fortnite To Add Spiderman, Hulk, Ant-Man, and Captain Marvel To The Game

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 moves forward with future plans to add more Marvel heroes to the game. Apart from the heroes that are already present in the game it seems Fortnite plans to add other famous characters such as Spiderman, Hulk, Ant-Man, and Captain Marvel to the game.

According to numerous leaks, data-miners have found game files linked to these characters. These files point towards the characters abilities being added to the game for players to use. We have already seen Groot and Doctor Doom’s ability being added to the game. Additionally, It also seems that a Black Panther skin as well as his abilities are being added to the game in the near future.

SPIDERMAN

Concept

There seems to be a Season 4 achievement with Spiderman logo on it and we might see him in the item shop later down the line. The leak also indicated that Spider-Man and his enemy Carnage could be added to the game at a later date.

HULK

Concept

In addition to She-Hulk it seems Fortnite is planning to add Hulk to the Season 4 roster one way or another. Dataminers have found powers that are jump smashing and punching linked to the male version of Hulk.

CAPTAIN MARVEL

Concept

According to data miners there seems to be an upcoming Fireball ability from a character whose name starts with ‘C’. One can easily guess that to be Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel. However, it can be the human torch which will be equally exciting.

ANT-MAN

In-game

A Ant-Man theme point of interest is making its way to the game soon but for now there’s no word on abilities and skins.

Fortnite Immortalizes Chadwick Boseman Through a Black Panther Memorial

It has been a few days since the tragic death of Chadwick Boseman who was not only known for his iconic role as T’Challa in the MCU but also for being an inspiration to thousands of young men and women. In honor of his memory Fortnite has added an in-game memorial of Black Panther where players can go pay their respects.

The Monument in question seems to have been planned for future release for the ongoing Fortnite x Marvel crossover. However, due to this untimely death, Epic must have made sure to release it as soon as possible. The new monument can be found west of the Misty Meadows part of the map.

Fortnite fan skin concept

There also seems to be future plans of releasing a Black Panther skin in-game in the near future. However, this matter should be handled with care on Epic Game’s side. One great idea that seems to be making its rounds online is selling the skin in-game, with all the proceeds going to charity or cancer research.

Epic Games is also planning to add Black Panther signature abilities to the game for players to use as part of its Fortnite x Marvel crossover. The first ability is ‘Kinetic Absorption’ which allows users to take only a portion of the damage dealt and increases their movement. The second ability is called ‘Whirlwind Blast’ however not much is known about this except it is an offensive one and judging by its name it can be similar to the Black Panther’s kinetic discharge in the MCU.

In the end, its nice to how much inspiration and change Chadwick Boseman has left in his wake and me along with million others will remember him as a great human being.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Launch Trailer Shows Off The New Stuff

Fortnite was down for a bit last weekend after a blackhole sucked everything up. A few days after, we’ve received the first look at Fortnite Chapter 2, the next saga in the Fortnite world.

Fortnite Chapter has changed the game up. The good ol’ map that we’re all used to has been changed. There’s a lot more water now on the map because aquatic forms of transportation is a big part of this chapter. You’ve got boats for you and your squad, you can swim around in the water to cross river bodies and you can also fish.

that’s right, the game now has fishing where you can get loot and items by doing so. There are new ways to upgrade your medals now and even an ability to carry a downed teammate to safety. And this can be used in tandem with a Bandaid Bazooka that can heal teammates from a distance.

Chapter 2 looks to continue to keep things fresh for Fortnite and it’s already gotten millions of people talking about it and playing the game. There are no patch notes for this update because Epic Games wants players to find out all the new things on their own so we’re excited to see all the new additions to the game.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 Trailer Leaked!

Fortnite “ended” more than24 hours ago and while the world is currently staring intently at a black hole, the data miners have been at it and have managed to get their hands on the next trailer for the game.

This trailer officially announces Fortnite Chapter 2, the next direction in the Fortnite Battle Royale mode. As seen from the trailer they’ve made some changes to the game.

You’ve got boats. Yup, boats. You can ride them, get your team on it and have a full-on action movie-style gunfight on them. Or if you’re more of a pacifist, you can go fishing. Survival is stressful and there’s nothing more stress-busting then fishing away from your troubles as you crack open a cold one with the bois/girls.

And with the new chapter comes a new Season. Season 1 will come with a battle pass that has various ways to level up. Including getting kills, collecting material and finding loot.

You’ve got new rewards, a pogo stick so you can hop around the map with your friends and so many more costumes and cosmetics that if you have an impressionable child playing the game, you better hide yo’ cards.

The most interesting new features seem to be the ability to carry downed players on your shoulders in a fireman carry. However, you won’t be able to use any weapons when you’re carrying a teammate.

We’re still waiting on the official announcement to see all the various changes so hopefully, we shouldn’t be waiting too long and will get more information in the next day or two.

Fortnite World Cup Winner Gets SWAT Called on Him

Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf the 16-year-old who won the Solo Fortnite World Cup along with $3 Million recently, had his place of residence hit by a SWAT team while he was live-streaming.

Bugha was in the middle of a Fornite Livestream when he was swatted. You can hear him ask his father “I got swatted?” after which he left the stream and upon returning told his friends about what had just transpired. They entered his home with guns pointed and ready but thankfully, one of the officers was from the neighbourhood and recognized him.

This is not something new and has happened to various live streamers in the past. Swatting is the act of calling the SWAT on someone under false pretenses and is done to “prank” a person. Various well-known streamers and YouTubers have been swatted in the past and once it ended in tragedy as Andrew Finch was killed during one such attempt after a man decided to Swat someone but gave them the wrong address.

Swatting is a really cowardly thing to do and is not funny and we hope that people realize that sooner or later because things can get out of hand really quickly. We hope that whoever did call in the Swat also gets found and punished.

Fortnite is Getting Indian Servers

Fortnite is not just a game anymore and has become a cultural phenomenon. The game is widely played all over the world on a plethora of devices however, there was a lack of servers in the Asian region.

Epic Games is aiming to change that since according to data-mined information, we’re getting a bunch of new servers in the Asian server with one server in India.

This information comes thanks to FNBRLeaks who shared the information found by MystxcLeaks who has a protected account.

As seen in the image, under Beta we can see Singapore, Mumbai, Seoul and Taiwan from the Asian region while other parts of the world are also getting new servers.

We don’t really know when these servers will go live or if they’re already live but we’re just glad that we’re getting a server in India.

Fortnite Season X Will Make You Lose Track of Time

Fortnite’s World Cup was a pretty big success and riding off of that, here comes Fortnite Season X with a whole lot of mystery and action.

Time is twisted and the Zero Point has become volatile in Season X. Whether you’re nostalgic for the past or excited for the future, there will be plenty for you to discover all Season long.

There’s going to be a lot of time-travel shenanigans with a continually updated map so we can expect a few fan favourite maps to show up. The season looks pretty exciting with a two-player giant robot called the B.R.U.T.E.

A new season also means a brand new Battle Pass. Over 100 new exclusive rewards are ready for you to unlock, and it still costs the same 950 V-bucks. This season, you’ll get the X-Lord and Catalyst Outfits instantly when you purchase the Battle Pass!

Fortnite Raises Minimum Requirement Specs

Fortnite is a game that runs on a wide variety of platforms and systems, even on some really old PCs and laptops that are toaster PCs but that might change from Season 10 onwards.

In a recent blog post, the Fortnite team let people know that the minimum specs for Fortnite would be raised a little bit as it will now only support graphics cards that can run Microsoft DirectX 11. Before this, having a DirectX 11 GPU was recommended but now it is an absolute must.

If you’re one of the people who are using an integrated GPU to play Fortnite, as long as your CPU is a somewhat newer one, it will support DirectX 11. Anything above an Ivy Bridge CPU will run the game, so all the 4000 series and above.

The Fortnite Team explained this change by saying, “This allows us to focus our development and testing efforts to further optimize the Fortnite experience for all players.”

These changes will take effect from Season 10 onwards.
