RDR 2 PC Will Be Epic Store Exclusive, Coming July 19 [Rumor]

PC gamers have been eagerly waiting for any news about Red Dead Redemption 2 coming to PC. The game was met with immensely positive reception at launch on consoles last year, but Rockstar has been silent about the PC version of the game.

However, we now have new rumors from credible sources saying that the PC version is coming soon, and will be an Epic Games Store exclusive. This shouldn’t bee too surprising since the game’s publisher, 2K, has already announced another popular upcoming game, Borderlands 3, to be exclusive to EGS for the first six months.

The 4chan leaker states that Red Dead Redemption 2’s PC version will be revealed on April 22nd as an Epic Games Store exclusive, with the full game having a planned release date of July 19th 2019. The post also mentions that this is not a timed exclusive, but a permanent one, with Epic Games and Take-Two, the owner or Rockstar Games, creating a deal which will give the company full profit on any DLC that’s released for the game’s PC version.

Are you excited for the PC release of Red Dead Redemption 2? Will you wait for a Steam release, or jump in on the Epic Games Store?
