Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Will Be Shown on April 13th

Respawn Entertainment has been in the limelight with Apex Legends but let’s not forget about their highly anticipated title, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order which is going to be shown at Star Wars Celebration on April 13th as confirmed by a tweet by EA Star War’s twitter account.

Earlier last year, the game got leaked by a user on Reddit who claimed to have been at a Star Wars-focused marketing presentation which showcased the game among other Star Wars media and stated that the game would release in November 2019.

Considering that release date, the game being showcased in April makes sense since the marketing campaign will last for about 6 months with maybe a big reveal at around E3 2019.

The release date being November is being taken seriously because the information about the Star Wars film and Mandolorian TV Show were verified by a website dedicated to Star Wars news and leaks so everyone has been taking these leaks very seriously.

At Star Wars Celebration, we can expect to see a bit about the story and maybe a little bit of in-game engine footage which will set up the game and also showcase the visuals of the game. This could very well confirm the leaks about the game.

The developer of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Respawn, has recently struck gold with Apex Legend and went on record to say that EA did not have any input in the development of the game which leads us to believe is the main reason for the game’s success. Besides the amazing gameplay of course.

Considering the fact that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is going to be a Singleplayer game only, we can hope that the game is free from microtransactions and does not have any “progress boosters” or even cosmetics locked behind a paywall. But since it is a Star Wars game, that too a singleplayer one, EA knows people are going to buy it so they might find a way to sneak in microtransaction.

Titanfall 1 and 2 had good singleplayer campaigns and the ability to wall-run, double jump and move about quickly could be something that can translate very well into a Star Wars game where you play as a Jedi.

Our hopes are high but only time will tell what this game has to offer. Are you excited about the game? Let us know your thoughts on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and whether or not it will turn out to be a good game.
