We have posted quite a few PUBG Tips but here are a few tricks that you may not know about that could be useful if you’re ever in trouble and need some way to get an advantage. So without further ado, here are four hidden tricks in PUBG Mobile you might not know about that can be helpful.
1. Car Bug
The car bug is when you jump onto the side of a car but not on top of it. You jump right onto the edge so it looks like you’re floating and then you go prone and you’re basically completely hidden while also being in a usual spot from which you can aim and get people.
2. Crawling Underwater
If you are near a body of water and think someone might be over and don’t have any cover, you could use this trick. Go prone outside the body of water and select any throwable object. Then start aiming to throw it but don’t actually throw it. Just hold it and start crawling towards the water until you’re completely submerged and not visible. You won’t have to worry about oxygen and can catch an enemy by surprise.
3. Red Zone Camp
This is a risky thing to do but can help you switch your tactics. You take damage if you’re in the red zone, however, if even a single small pixel of your character’s body is touching the blue circle, you won’t take damage. You can use this and always stay at the edge until the very end. Remember, camping is a viable strategy in this game.
4. Stairway Spot
If you’re inside a house and want to ambush people use this. If there’s a staircase, you can jump onto the ledge on the wall of the staircase and position yourself above the staircase, a spot where nobody tends to check, especially in FPP. You will literally have the drop on them once they start climbing the staircase as they won’t spot you and you can kill them. You will be in a vulnerable spot though so if there is more than one person and you shoot too soon, you could be in trouble so do this when there’s back up around.
A Chicken Dinner is something that even vegetarians want now that PUBG Mobile has taken the gaming world by storm. While the initial few games can be easy, the difficulty slowly ramps up making it harder and harder to get that fabled Chicken Dinner. So, here are a few tips that you may not know of to help you get that delicious and satisfying win in PUBG Mobile.
1. Superman Punches are great for taking out enemies quickly
Superman punches are the punches you throw when you run, jump and punch a person which has you swing at a person while your mid-air. Not only does this look like a solid, meaty punch, it also deals a lot of damage and is great for taking out enemies early on when you are unarmed.
2. Always move when in the open, stay still in cover
Survival is the name of the game and you cannot survive if you’re an easy target. When out in the open always be on the move and try to not stand still. A moving target is much harder to hit as compared to a standing target. When shot at, start running in a zig-zag pattern while keeping the intervals at which you change direction and how much you direction random to throw off the person shooting at you. In a similar fashion, if you’re in cover don’t move too much and try to keep all of your body in cover and at angles from where it is hard to shoot you.
3. Use the Eyeball Tool
The eyeball tool in TPP in many ways acts like your mouse/ right stick of a controller. Use it to look around you to spot enemies and to look from cover without actually moving. This comes in very handy when landing to see how many other people are landing around you without actually changing your direction of movement.
4. Enable the Peek and Fire option and use it.
Leaning is such an amazing mechanic and can give you the edge in numerous situations which makes the fact that it is turned off by default quite baffling. Turn it on from the settings and proceed to peek angles without exposing your whole body. This works great for shooting out of cover while still keeping your body hidden and can be great during encounters with the enemy.
5. Make sure to listen to Audio Cues.
Another thing that sets good players apart from the crowd is the use of Audio. Always try to use earphones/headphones to pick up on audio cues which can help you determine if there are enemies nearby. You can easily pinpoint the direction of gunshots and footsteps if you have your earphones on to gain an advantage on an enemy who might have not spotted you yet. Use this along with watching your minimap to see enemy blips that are formed due to gunshots and you should have the edge over them.
6. Try to have one Unscoped and one Scoped weapon.
This might confuse a few people but hear me out. While a scoped weapon is great for ranged combat and to take out enemies without being spotted, when it comes to close quarters it can be your downfall. If you decide to Aim Down Sight(ADS) with a scoped weapon, your scope will magnify the view and make it hard for you to shoot an enemy who might be close to you and moving. Having an unscoped weapon can help alleviate this issue.
8. Loot grenades, flashbangs, molotovs, and smoke grenades.
A lot of people tend to skip over Grenade Utility. Don’t do that. Try to get at least one of each because they all have their uses and can be what gets you the chicken dinner. An enemy in the building? Chuck in a Grenade or Molotov. Flash your enemies with a Flashbang or use it to create a decoy on the radar so that you can surprise an enemy. Use a smoke grenade to act as a cover or use it to draw an enemy’s attention giving you the opportunity to strike.
9. A damaged high-level vest is worse than an undamaged low-level vest.
A Level 3 vest is better than a Level 1 vest, that’s common knowledge but a Level 3 Vest that’s taken 50% damage is worse than a Level 1 vest that has taken no damage. So, as a rule of the thumb switch to an Undamaged vest if your current Vest has taken more than 50% damage.
10. Change seats in cars to heal and also to use it as a trap.
If you’re driving a car and have taken damage, quickly switch seats to heal up and get back to driving. Another good way to use the seat changing is to hide in the back seat of a car and wait for someone to approach the car after which you kill them. It’s a little tricky but a great tactic to have if you ever need to do something like this.
12. Building windows can be dangerous.
If an enemy spots you and they’re in a window, try to not go close to it to lob a grenade or jump in. Chances are that they’ll jump out and get you when you try to do so by catching you completely off guard. While this isn’t always the case, skilled players usually do this to catch an enemy by surprise.
13. Don’t stay in a building in the final circle.
While it may seem like a safe option, a building can turn from a safe haven to your tomb very quickly when in the final circle. Usually, be the endgame most players tend to be loaded with utility so they tend to have Grenades and Molotovs. They can chuck in nades to either flush you out or to bomb you to death which can leave you so agonizingly close to a chicken dinner.
Those are just a few tips to help you in your quest of winning a chicken dinner. However, the best way to get a chicken dinner is to play the game as much as you can so that you get better as a player and can employ these tips without even thinking about it.
PUBG Mobile has a lot of weapons you can choose to help you win. From Pistols and SMGs to Shotguns, Assault Rifles and Sniper Rifles, there’s just about every kind of gun you can find either on the battleground, or in the air drop. With so many options, choosing the right weapon for your play style can be a difficult task. So here’s a handy guide with all the best weapons in PUBG Mobile across the different weapon types. Without further ado, let’s see what they are.
AWM- Long Range God
The AWM is the most powerful gun in the game as it will kill someone even with a level 3 helmet with one headshot. However, the gun can only be found in airdrops which mean that getting it is a risky affair. If you do get it though, you will tear through your opposition if you’ve mastered this gun.
SKS – The Assault Rifle for For Long Range Fighters
With the proper attachments, the SKS is better than the SLR which is also a fantastic weapon to use. For battle between 200-600m, this gun with attachments is a beast that will not let you down.
AKM- The Power Hitting Rifle
The AKM is a damn good weapon if equipped with a compensator as it deals the highest damage out of the other non crate ARs. The fact that it can be found so easily and with an attachment can be turned into a mean machine makes this a very viable choice.
M416- The All Rounder Assault Rifle
With all the attachments, this weapon right here will have an edge over the AKM. However getting all the attachments can be tricky but if you do, this weapon will never let you down.
UMP9 – The Close Quarter Killer
Set it to auto and watch enemies close to you drop like flies. This thing is great when it comes to close encounters due to its high rate of fire and its magazine capacity. The Vector is also a good choice but can get you in trouble due to its magazine size.
The AUG, Kar98, Scar-L and the Groza are also great weapons that if you find are absolutely worth using with the proper attachments. What are your favourite weapons? PUBG Mobile is a huge game in India, and with the number of players increasing by leaps and bounds everyday, you can face a lot of competition in the game. So, it’s always good if you have an upper hand over your opponents, and that’s why we’ve prepared this handy guide of the top 5 tips and tricks that might be able to help you outplay your opponents in PUBG Mobile.
1. Cook Grenades, Don’t Throw Them Immediately
Cooking your grenades can be the difference between killing an enemy or not. Hold the grenade in your hand and throw it when the timer reaches about 2 or 1-second based on your distance. Ideally, make the grenade explode as soon as it reaches your target instead of it sitting there for a few seconds which allows the enemy to escape.
2. Block The Bunker Tunnels
If you know there are enemies in the Bunker Tunnels, block the entrance/exit with a vehicle and then blow it up. This will trap the enemies inside which could potentially kill them if they’re outside the blue circle.
3. How to get Extra ammo
When you’re picking up ammo for a gun, exchange the gun twice to get extra ammo already loaded in the gun. This could give you an extra clip or two, which can easily be the difference between life and death, especially towards the end of the game.
4. You can Hide In the Tree near the roof at School
This tree near the school can be jumped onto and used as a vantage point for unsuspecting players. Get on there, hide and wait for your opportunity to strike and pick off enemies at your discretion. Don’t stick around too long on the tree though.
5. Blocking the Bridge can be an Effective Tactic
Blocking a bridge is a viable tactic but it often makes people go another way instead of using a bridge. If you want to really ambush players, don’t block the bridge and hide behind the vehicles and attack the enemy when they approach. Or, you could also climb the bridge part way by using the side ledge and get on top of it.
Season 6 is upon us and it brings with it a brand new island to the Battlegrounds. Karakin has risen like its namesake from the sea to bring intense action and quick gameplay to PUBG. New dangers, new weapons and a whole new island await, so let’s drop into the action of Update 6.1.
NEW MAP: KARAKIN
Higher tension, faster pace: Welcome to Karakin.
Karakin is a 2×2 km island off the coast of Northern Africa. It’s an arid, rocky environment that provides wide-open terrain and challenging engagements. It’s small, fast, and dangerous: Expect the tension of Miramar combined with the pace of Sanhok. Karakin is a 64 players map.
Players should expect long distance rifle engagements in the mountains, tactical urban conflict, and claustrophobic underground combat. And with the introduction of the Black Zone, Karakin reveals its twist: a map that’s layout changes every match.
Our new hazard, the Black Zone only available in Karakin, levels buildings into smoking ruins.
The Black Zone is designed to push players out of the safety of a building.
The hazard is random: towns and compounds can be undamaged, totally flattened, and everything in between.
The mix of buildings and ruins evolves in real time throughout the match: Meaning don’t always expect that building you run to for cover to be there late in the match.
Remember, if you hear the siren, and you are inside that purple circle on the minimap- evacuate!
New Throwable: Sticky Bomb (Karakin Only)
To change up siege play, we’re introducing Breach Points which can be destroyed with Sticky Bombs in Karakin.
Certain walls and floors have breach points which can be destroyed with Sticky Bombs
This feature presents more tools for our players: For campers, it allows more sight lines/windows to be created
For squads going on the offensive however, there are new options for storming buildings- “Do we blast in through the back of the building, or through the roof- maybe both?” the choice is yours!
And for explorers, we’ve hidden many secret areas for those players with a spare Sticky Bomb or two, and a keen nose for loot
Finally, to make interior gun fights a little more interesting, we’ve added bullet penetration to our weakest walls in Karakin. Getting brief glimpses of your enemies through damaged drywall, and deciding to take the fight or regroup- gives players more options.
At PUBG we are dedicated to providing new experiences for you, the player, and pushing what’s possible in our genre. We can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself!
Karakin Loot Increase – 23rd January
We heard your feedback during the testing phase and initial launch of Karakin and have now implemented a hotfix to increase and rebalance loot on our newest Battleground.
To ensure you can drop in and loot up quickly above around, we’ve rebalanced loot spawns to improve your overall experience. There’ll now be much more loot to go around for you and your squad.
We understand and agree that feeling a need to rush and breach a tunnel each match to get that sweet, sweet loot just didn’t feel great. So, we’ve increased above-ground spawn rate of healing and boost items, as well as scopes to get you battle ready quicker. We hope this will allow you to explore Karakin more freely without feeling required to breach a tunnel just to find enough of that sweet, sweet loot to survive.
Please keep the feedback coming, it’s appreciated as always and we look forward to continually improving Karakin alongside our passionate community.
Increased 2x, 3x, 4x scopes
Increased healing/boost items above ground
Modified ratio of total SR/DMR muzzle attachments due to increased spawn rate of those weapons
Decreased number of melee weapons, canted sights and magazine attachments
Over time, PUBG Mobile has added a variety of new modes for both old and new players to enjoy. Rage Gear mode which was added recently let the players battle in vehicles equipped with heavy weapons (like Death Race), and then there’s the ever-popular Team Deathmatch mode.
Now, there’s a new mode under EvoGrounds, called the Payload x War Mode. As you might have guessed by the name, it combines the Payload and War modes, allowing players to use heavy weapons like RPG and grenade launchers in the War mode scenario. It follows the same rules as War, so you can respawn any number of times and to win you need to get the highest number of kills in the given amount of time. And you can jump in solo or partner up with one or more people in the squad. In order to get into the Payload x War mode, you need to have the latest version of the game on your phone.
It adds a good variety for people who had gotten a little used to the War mode, bringing up the pace and compelling players to thnk on their feet. In January, the game is expected to get another update with the Colorblind mode.
Season 10 of PUBG Mobile is on its way, and it aims to bring a lot more to the table than the current one. In addition to new items, missions and a new theme, it will also introduce a new character, named Sara.
According to the leaks, Sara will have a vehicle reinforcement skill which will let her reduce any damage taken by a vehicle she’s riding in. The leak was first shared by YouTube channel Mr. Ghost Gaming. It also reveals that Sara will have a host of costumes, emotes and dialogues which players can unlock by completing in-game missions. She’s the second character to be added to the game, after Victor, who was added to the game back in August, in the 0.14.0 update.
Here’s what Sara’s in-game description says,”Sara is a vehicle expert who loves automobiles and going for rides. She excels at reinforcing vehicles so that they take less damage when she drives or is riding in a vehicle.” It sure sounds the ability will come in quite handy when you’re trying to drive away from or into heavy gunfire. Be sure to check her out when the Season 10 update hits on November 10.
PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds Season 4 brought in the new Erangel and a lot of changes but that’s not all as the Update 4.2 adds a much-requested feature, Dynamic Weather, among other things.
Dynamic Weather added to Erangel
‘Overcast’ weather has been added to Erangel.
When a match starts with overcast weather on Erangel, the weather will change dynamically over the course of the match between overcast, windy, hail, light rain, heavy rain (rain with lightning and thunder), and fog.
Destructible Objects on Erangel
Additional destructible pylons and barricades have been added to Erangel. They can be destroyed by vehicles, weapons and explosions, but do provide a limited amount of cover until they are destroyed.
Some existing objects which were previously indestructible are now destructible, such as the traffic cones in Mylta.
Vehicle Handling Improvements
Improved vehicle handling of the Scooter, Snowmobile, Snowbike and Motorcycle with Sidecar, thus improving overall driving stability.
Motorcycle with Sidecar off-road driving control and stability has been greatly improved.
Vehicle Engine Toggle
Vehicle engines can now be turned off/on by pressing ‘Z’.
The engine can be turned off while driving, after gaining momentum and can be used for quiet, tactical maneuvers.
Once the engine is off, pressing ‘W’ to accelerate or ‘Z’ will start the engine again.
Vehicle engines will automatically be turned off if the vehicle stays at a standstill for 8 seconds, or 2 seconds after the driver disembarks.
Sound QoL Improvements
Added master volume preview
The master volume can now be previewed while in the menu, to better allow users to set their preferred maximum volume level.
This can be founder under Settings – Audio – Sound – Master volume and by clicking on the ‘play’ button.
Added Instant Volume Reducer.
This new feature temporary decreases the volume of games sound effects to facilitate more clear communication with teammates.
Use ‘F7’ to reduce game master volume, while maintaining the volume of voice chat.
Use ‘F7’ key again to return to the original volume.
Season 4 has arrived and with it comes Survivor Pass 4: AFTERMATH. The first update of the season, 4.1, is now available on live servers.
PUBG SEASON 4 unveils a stunning new visual update for Erangel and reaches back into the undiscovered history of the infamous island that captured the world’s attention with Battle Royale. Erangel, which has a special home in the hearts of many of us, now features refreshed buildings, upgraded graphics, and some revelations as to the island’s combat-scarred history.
Some of the big changes in this new Season 4 update are:
PUBG PC’s Season 4 is officially set to launch on 24th July and to hype it up, PUBG has released a video that showcases some of the changes to the map in a very story-heavy way.
The trailer shows us a young man whose homeland seems to get invaded by outside forces. After its all done, he’s the lone survivor. Turns out, the island he’s on is Erangel and he’s the guy behind the whole Battlegrounds.
From what we’ve gathered he seems to be doing this to find people who can rise above the occasion and survive, just like he did as a child. This is the first time we’ve seen something so heavy on story in PUBG.
Earlier last month, we learned that a singleplayer story game is being made in the PUBG universe and this trailer might help build the lore of the world. It’s very interesting because we haven’t seen anything like in the past.
